You\u2019ll work with our clients to develop a supply chain strategy, optimize their supply chain footprint and logistics, manage transportation and distribution, develop integrated business planning solutions, and leverage digital to make it future ready.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the end-to-end implementation of the functional workstreams (S2C, P2P, etc.) including design, configuration, testing, post go-live support, reporting, training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Requirement Elicitations and solution designing to meet business requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage business process mapping, process re-engineering, and gap analysis, while ensuring best fit solution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Recommend best practices to clients to streamline and standardize S2P processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with OEM teams on business needs, information, applications, and long-term plans while helping to ensure integration with strategic plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with integration leads to ensure an end-to-end integrated system deployment, configured as per client\u2019s business requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure quality of deliverables and project completion on time and within budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure PMO activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare training documentation and user manuals and deliver trainings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Adoption of deployed systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for S2P production support and enhancement activities and a liaison with business process owners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Build business case and ensure delivery of business outcomes as part of the implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support business development: responding to RFPs, creating sales proposals, identifying leads, client demos and presentations etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage client relationships, self-driven, results oriented, strong leadership and exceptional communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Mandatory skill sets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-4 yrs. of experience in implementation of Source to Pay processes and systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 \u2013 4 end-to-end implementations of Ivalua modules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in leading end to end implementation of Ivalua functional workstreams (such as Procure to Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management, etc.), from the start to production delivery to hyper care support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ivalua Advanced Certification in S2C or P2P (L3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of Ivalua integration options and methodology with ERP systems\/middlewares<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and\/or Procurement combined with excellent Project Management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred skill sets:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in the Consulting Industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Integration experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to SAP MM \u2013 functional or business user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Years of experience required:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2-4 Years<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Education qualification:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>B.Tech\/B.E\/M.Tech\/M.E\/MBA\/MCA<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Education (if blank, degree and\/or field of study not specified) Degrees\/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering, Master of Business Administration<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Degrees\/Field of Study preferred:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Required Skills Planning<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Budgetary Management, Business Planning, Communication, Cost Accounting, Cost Management, Design for Flexibility, Distribution Channel Optimization, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Establishing Inventory Levels, Financial Management, Inclusion, Intellectual Curiosity, Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Manufacturing Operations Management, Market Trends, Operational Excellence, Operations Strategy, Optimism, Process Improvement, Procurement {+ 10 more}<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Travel Requirements Not Specified<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
