{"id":4796,"date":"2024-11-21T08:59:21","date_gmt":"2024-11-21T08:59:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/legal-manager-golf-saudi\/"},"modified":"2024-11-21T08:59:21","modified_gmt":"2024-11-21T08:59:21","slug":"legal-manager-golf-saudi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/legal-manager-golf-saudi\/","title":{"rendered":"Legal Manager &#8211; Golf Saudi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and analyze legal issues and prepare opinion to the management on the legal implications of their decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct the work with integrity and responsiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to analyze a range of legal situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent the company in legal proceedings and hearings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> The Director is authorized to assign the employee to any task within the department.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in law or in related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3 &#8211; 7 years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Knowledge in Saudi Labor &#038; Commercial Law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills and Competencies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Outstanding time-management and typing skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication skills (oral and written)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>High degree of professional ethics and integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient command of English.
