Our 109,000 colleagues<\/span>serve people in more than 160 countries.<\/span>CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED<\/span>Business generation & development:<\/span>\u00b7 Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales target by promoting company’s products ethically to customers as per the business plan, also ensure Doctor \/ Customer Call average as per the customer management plan of the division<\/span>\u00b7 Organizing Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs<\/span>\u00b7 Facilitate the process of successful new product launch.<\/span>\u00b7 To create and update customer list as per the therapy and product of the division.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure Ipad adoption (if applicable) as per division norms and adherence to CLM calls<\/span>Brand Management:<\/span>\u00b7 Prescription audit for Abbott brands and other competitors’ brands<\/span>\u00b7 Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan<\/span>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE<\/b><\/span>BSc\/ B. Pharm or Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative<\/span>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 Candidate with prior\/current experience in the same therapy.<\/span>\u00b7 Candidates from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantages.<\/span>\u00b7 Fluent and confident in communication<\/span>The base pay for this position is N\/A<\/span>In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.<\/span>JOB FAMILY: Sales Force<\/span>DIVISION: EPD Established Pharma<\/span>LOCATION: India
