The Technology solutions are part of our integral Electrification, Automation and Digital products, will be responsible for managing the bid process for electrical engineering projects, ensuring competitive, compliant, and high-quality proposals are delivered on time<\/span>This includes engineering contribution in the SE Industrial Process. We\u2019re working within an agile process environment to ensure efficiency and flexibility. Effective communication with the international team is a crucial aspect of your role, and your goal is to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to prepare bid documents, optimize project costs, and support business development efforts. that meets the needs of the SE industry.<\/span>How You\u2019ll Make an Impact<\/span>-Lead the end-to-end bid process for Electrical, Automation and Digitalization projects<\/span>– Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and ensure all proposals meet or exceed expectations<\/span>– Prepare accurate cost estimates based on labor, materials, and other project requirements<\/span>– Conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges and mitigate them in the proposal<\/span>– Maintain a library of standard templates, costing sheets, and documentation for future bids<\/span>– Work closely with sales and business development to understand client objectives, electrification requirements, and project scope.<\/span>– Conduct market and competitor research to position bids effectively within the electrification market.
\n – Stay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and market demands that impact the electrification sector.<\/span>– Support a smooth transition to project execution teams, ensuring they are fully informed of project details and scope.<\/span>– Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization<\/span>– Ability to work in a flexible, multi-functional, team-based, development environment that is comprised of both local Siemens Energy Engineers and 3rd party consultants\/contractors.<\/span>What You Bring<\/b><\/p>\n
