As a Senior Software Engineer on the User Experiences Team, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of mobile and browser-based end user experiences (including supporting APIs) used by Critical Start customers and employees.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Critical Start Teams take full ownership for delivering high-quality solutions and continually improving team performance. Team members are expected to be versatile, display leadership qualities, be skilled at working through ambiguity, and enthusiastically deliver delightful solutions for end users, while continuously pushing technology forward. What You Will Be Doing?: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable web applications using Python, Django, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS3.<\/li>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain microservices to support front-end functionality and mobile applications.<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end and microservices.<\/li>\n<li>Work on API versioning, documentation, and testing to ensure robust and reliable API services.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and participate in reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide on solution architecture design.<\/li>\n<li>Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, maintainability, testability, and efficiency) and quality of deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to existing documentation or educational content. Adapt content based on product\/program updates and user feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Triage, resolve, and determine the root cause of production issues. Form action plans to prevent or minimize the impact of similar issues in the future.<\/li>\n<li>Design and automate required workflows using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What You Will Bring?:<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possession of a Bachelor\u2019s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in full stack development using modern UI frameworks (Vue, React), Django, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.<\/li>\n<li>This is a backend centric role which requires expert level competency in Python, Django and micro services with a proficiency in the Front end Technologies.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of practical experience with data structures and algorithms in an industry setting.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience working in an agile environment within an industry setting.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of proficiency with Git workflow, including pull requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of expertise in developing cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS devices using Dart and Flutter.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in developing accessible and responsive mobile and browser-based user experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in managing AWS resources (S3, EC2, ECS, etc.) using Terraform.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of a Master&#8217;s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What It&#8217;s Like Working Here:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Imagine a dynamic, enjoyable, and rewarding work environment.
