We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist<span class=\"br\"><\/span>To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>In this role, you will:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The purpose of this role is to support various aspect of Python, SQL Development, Data Visualization using Qlik Sense, Looker that are executed by CTO DT<\/li>\n<li>This role undertakes the projects that would fall into one or more buckets such as i) DevSecOps, ii) Data Analytics using Python, PySpark, SQL etc<\/li>\n<li>This role would work with various CTO DT teams, Data and Analytics Office, various business groups such as Wholesale, Wealth and Personal Banking, Risk &#038; Compliance and Finance<\/li>\n<li>Planning the activities with teams<\/li>\n<li>Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to write models using Python\/PySpark<\/li>\n<li>Understanding customer requirements, project KPIs for reporting &#038; analytics<\/li>\n<li>Should be able define and build infrastructures, test, release and support processes for DevOps &#038; Service Management operation both onprem &#038; on cloud.<\/li>\n<li>Must have the technical skill to review, verify and validate the software infrastructure, code developed in the project for services using Python, SQL, Visualization(qlik sense, looker)<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs for more accurate metrics reporting<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to perform metrics management and root cause analysis<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and communication within the teams and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Selecting and deploying appropriate CI\/CD, service management tools, APIs<\/li>\n<li>Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development pipeline (CI\/CD Pipeline)<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-7 years of hands-on experience in Python, SQL development<\/li>\n<li>Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs for reporting &#038; analytics &#038; automation using Python<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in agile &#038; DevSecOps methodology<\/li>\n<li>Handson expertise on Python and SQL is MUST<\/li>\n<li>Hands on exposure on any visualisation tools like Qlik Sense, Looker, tableau etc.,<\/li>\n<li>Hands on technical expertise is mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in implementing required reporting for service management &#038; DevSecOps with Cloud &#038; DevSecOps tools, automation, API<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on Python, SQL is MUST along with Linux\/Windows based infrastructure &#038; service management<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies and cloud services<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles<\/li>\n<li>Excellent troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in solution architecting, software development, IT operations, or a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible and GitHUB<\/li>\n<li>Working experience with cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud and non cloud platforms<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> You\u2019ll achieve more when you join HSBC.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>www.hsbc.com\/careers<span class=\"br\"><\/span>HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
