Together, the team collaborates on multiple products that contribute to Roche’s internal business requirements.<\/span>As Devops Engineer you will be accountable for optimizing and automating the deployment and management of platform and cloud-based services to support application development. You will also focus on ensuring cost-effectiveness, scalability, and security in all aspects of the digital product lifecycle, including development and maintenance activities. You are looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies.<\/span>You will be:<\/b><\/span>Collaborate with architects and developers to establish technical specifications.<\/span>Have good understanding on product strategy, business requirements and translating them development tasks and when required lead DevSecOps activities<\/span>Drive the implementation and maintenance of efficient Continuous Integration \/ Continuous Delivery pipelines to automate the software delivery process.<\/span>Deploy and manage the software application underlying infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles and tools and maintaining version-controlled configurations.<\/span>Implement robust security practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle. Implement observability solutions to measure the availability and performance of software applications.<\/span>Develop and maintain technical specifications, diagrams and supporting system documentation. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Software and DevSecOps Engineering.<\/span>Who you are :<\/b><\/span>The following skills are a must for the job:<\/span>Experience in full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, software development, testing and retirement of systems, agile software development methodologies, source code management tools (Gitlab, Github), CI\/CD Pipelining (Gitlab-ci, Github actions and\/orJenkins), Python programming, observability and monitoring tools (i,eDataDog, Splunk, LogicMonitor, Elastic Search, Grafana, etc), Docker and\/or Kubernetes, AWS\/ Azure Cloud Providers.<\/span>Essential effective oral and written communication skills in English.<\/span>Working in cross functional teams and across multiple time zones. Additionally, as a nice to have: experience in developing and using validated systems & Snowflake knowledge and experience.<\/span>3 \u2013 5 Years of relevant work experience with Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science\/Engineering.
