\n 1. Frame specifications based on high-level understanding of the problem statement and develop the code.
\n 2. Develop, write, and implement software-programming applications following established architecture
\n standards as well as software development and project management methodologies.
\n 3. Implementing low-level solutions for business problems.
\n 4. Write high quality code using the guidelines and effectively debug the code.
\n 5. Document the code changes, package the code, and unit test it
\n 6. Perform code review of junior members
\n 7. Work with the application development team in delivering the project and deliverables within time and
\n good quality
\n 8. Assess requirements for new and enhanced functionalities; identify impact on existing applications,
\n operating systems, hardware, and networks
\n 9. Perform unit testing, ensure quality assurance of applications through system testing
\n 10. Keep up-to date with latest technologies, trends and provides inputs\/recommendations to project
\n manager or the architect as required
\n 11. Coordinate and communicate with the other tracks and disciplines involved in the project
\n 12. Perform root cause analysis for production issues
\n 13. Investigate and resolve technical issue
\n Support Activities:
\n 14. Take ownership of customer issues and addressing customer needs and pain points
\n 15. Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
\n 16. Responding to customer queries via chat, phone, or mail
\n 17. Reporting customer feedback to Support Manager or Project Manager
\n 18. Document the solution in Knowledgebase system for future reference
\n 19. Help juniors to address customer queries
\n 20. Ensure the proper recording of all support activities<\/p>\n
