We co-create and execute the future vision of 400+ clients with the help of our 44,000+ employees.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Perform data analysis and create data models to support reporting needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor team members to support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required skills and Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience on Python programming language and knowledge of data science \/ machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, XGboost, pandas, matplotlib, etc<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in AI \/GEN AI and working on LLM\u2019s will be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SQL and database management.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in6ad624809532613e018065e92dbdb4ba?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company Description WNS (Holdings) Limited (NYSE: WNS), is a leading Business Process Management (BPM) company.
