This platform delivers clinical intelligence at the point of need for caregivers and is part of an innovative, first of its kind, hospital-wide solution that is mobile, cable-less, and cloud-enabled.<br \/>\n       The individual will have a strong test automation background. The test lead will strategize, plan, and coordinate verification and automation activities. Responsibilities include designing, developing, automating, executing, and maintaining test cases, ensuring quality through reviews, and writing tests alongside the team. The Test Lead will represent the team and report progress to management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>In this role you will:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the verification strategy for an on-premises Kubernetes-based subsystem, including server-class hardware and a Java microservices software stack.<\/li>\n<li>Strategize and execute end-to-end platform subsystem testing.<\/li>\n<li>Create verification plans and reports for the entire subsystem.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with software developers to implement test automation across the software stack.<\/li>\n<li>Write functional and automated tests, as well as test harnesses for applications and services under test.<\/li>\n<li>Evangelize, strategize, introduce, and implement testing frameworks to ensure first-class DevOps practices.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with team members to diagnose bugs\/defects and develop solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Review verification results for compliance with the quality management system.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to the GE Healthcare Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and elicit requirements by working with Lead System designers.<\/li>\n<li>Planning, tracking and reporting test cycles. Communicate effectively in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, global environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Education Qualifications &#038; Experience: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science or in \u201cSTEM\u201d Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in verification and test automation.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to develop timely and effective solutions for challenging testing and debugging complex design problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Desired Specific Goals: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aware of and comply with Quality Management Systems<\/li>\n<li>Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type\/position.<\/li>\n<li>Complete all planned Quality &#038; Compliance training within the defined deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Technical Expertise:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in test automation development using Core Java and Selenium<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in Behaviour Driven Development and Test-Driven Development frameworks (preferably with cucumber &#038; JBehave)<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in software testing methodologies including manual and automated testing<\/li>\n<li>Continuous Integration, Continuous Development experience with Jenkins, GIT or equivalent tools.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Ubuntu, Linux and Windows OS knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on network protocols<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of bugs\/defects life cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HP ALM or equivalent product life cycle management tools<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of tools like Rally<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with quality system requirements for medical device Design Controls\/ Regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Good to have experience in containerization platforms like Docker &#038; Kubernetes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Personal Attributes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent influential and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Inclusion and Diversity <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
