yearly business plans.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Improve agent productivity &#038; persistency by regular PRP\/IID\/GID etc\u2026<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Customer Centricity<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Be MLI brand ambassador &#038; a customer champion<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Follow MLI sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse &#038; need<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per MLI standard.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Desired Competencies<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Sourcing &#038;
