They are seeking a motivated and efficient Estimation Coordinator for their MEP, and Fit-Out projects in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Key Responsibilities &#038; Role: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update the estimating schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in prequalification of vendor\/subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Calling and Emailing Vendors for quotes, qualifications, and other information.<\/li>\n<li>Updating vendor\/subcontractor information on company database.<\/li>\n<li>Proof Reading and assembling final proposal and bid submission for owners.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Estimators in performing quantity take-offs of materials.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Estimators in conveying feedback to bidders.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in drafting pre-bid requests for information.<\/li>\n<li>Compile bid books following the completion of the bid process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure information released to estimators and project management is complete, accurate, and well organized.<\/li>\n<li>General assistance to accounting, estimating, and construction staff, as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications &#038; Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors Degree in Construction, Engineering, or any similar field.<\/li>\n<li>3 to 5 years of experience performing estimation\/estimation coordination or similar project administration duties is required, ideally for a general contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge and understanding, or experience in the Estimation Process.<\/li>\n<li>Client Interaction and Communication.<\/li>\n<li>Experience performing accurate, high-volume data entry, clerical, and general administrative duties is required.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects\/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment.<\/li>\n<li>Superior communication and organization development skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent proficiency and command of English is required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa2ada5c9851df18d7a839e72e888fa54c?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the job Estimation Coordinator Company Overview: Our client, a well-established construction company based in Kuwait, is expanding its operations into KSA.
