Job Summary<\/b><\/span>Direct coordination with the manager\/client\/consultant\/IT\/suppliers\/contractors for day-to-day operation in managing the project site or maintaining the building activities PPM and troubleshooting of BMS alarms<\/span>Job Responsibilities 1<\/span>Defining alarms per priority and extracting reports from the respective teams’ BMS Operators & BMS Technicians.<\/span>Comparing the online status of the system between BMS and Field Devices.<\/span>Correcting of Asset list system-wise.<\/span>Correcting the BMS alarm issues with the field devices.<\/span>Equipment detailing or info feeding as per client request.<\/span>a. Heading the team for troubleshooting and corrective\/preventive maintenance.<\/span>b. Coordinating with respective integrators to rectify or close the alarm issues.<\/span>BMS\/ELV, FAS\/CBS\/PAVA, CCTV, and other systems.<\/span>c. Documentation and engineering work.<\/span>d. Leading the BMS Team (Technician\/BMA Operators).<\/span>To ensure that all project activities are efficiently and cost-effectively executed throughout the project life cycle.<\/span>To perform site management for the installation works, inspections, testing and commissioning, and handover of the BMS system to clients.<\/span>To create BMS interface design, implementation, setup, and programming using Modbus, BACnet, or other protocols.<\/span>Any other ad-hoc work as assigned<\/span>Job Responsibilities 2<\/span>Additional Responsibilities 3<\/span>Job Knowledge & Skills<\/b><\/span>Ability to build and install BMS system to monitor and regulate
\n various building services, including chillers, heat exchangers, ACMV, lighting and power metering, etc.<\/span>With solid knowledge of different BMS system, such as system architect, controller programming, on-site testing and commissioning of sensors or meters<\/span>Job Experience<\/b><\/span>With 2-3 years working experiences of instrument mounting, setup, configuration and verification, BMS programming, services and maintenance<\/span>Competencies<\/b><\/span>Accountability<\/b><\/span>Building Management L3<\/span>Collaboration<\/span>ELV cabling L3<\/span>Fire Alarm Systems Knowledge L3<\/span>HVAC Design L3<\/span>Leadership<\/b><\/span>Preventative Maintenance Procedures L3<\/span>Quality<\/b><\/span>Resilience<\/span>Education<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering<\/span>Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering<\/p>\n
