Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to be an SME – Collaborate and manage the team to perform – Responsible for team decisions – Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions – Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams – Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges – Develop strategies to improve team efficiency – Mentor junior team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: – Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Basis Administration – Strong understanding of SAP architecture and system landscapes – Experience in SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance – Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts – Familiarity with SAP performance tuning and troubleshooting Additional Information: – The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. – This position is based at our Manila office.
