If you\u2019re an experienced Engineering Manager who\u2019s taken a career break of two years or more and are ready to return to the workforce – this could be the program for you!<\/span>Paid 20-week program starting on Monday 21 July 2025, with the opportunity to roll into permanent employment post program<\/span>Comprehensive induction program with support from a Program Manager, buddy and dedicated Career Coach<\/span>Customised learning & development sessions through-out the 20-weeks, including industry-specific training on the latest technologies (Microservices, Cloud, DevSecOps, Full Cycle Engineering, CI\/CD)<\/span>Flexible work options, hours and arrangements \u2013 catered specifically to your life (i.e. part-time, school hours or job share)<\/span>You can read more about our Career Comeback program .<\/span>See yourself in the team<\/span>As an Engineering Manager, you\u2019ll lead a team of Engineers, cultivating a growth mindset, and supporting creative and innovative ways of working. You\u2019ll thrive off coaching and supporting engineers, and establish peer-to-peer learning \/ mentoring, provide code review and tech debt elimination over tactical delivery. All in the effort to deliver exceptional experiences for customers.<\/span>We have multiple positions available for Engineering Managers across varying teams, and if successful in the application process, we will work with you to find the right team fit based on your experience, skillset and interests.<\/span>We\u2019re interested in hearing from people who<\/span>Have previous Software\/Platform Engineering leadership experience<\/span>Are currently on a career break of 2 years or more (essential)<\/span>Come from a programming background (i.e. C#, Java, C++)<\/span>Are big thinkers, encourage constructive feedback and show self-awareness for personal development and continuous learning<\/span>Have permanent Australian working rights<\/span>Are Sydney or Melbourne based<\/span>We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office.
