Join us and be part of an amazing team that is transforming the future of world trade.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Designation: Manager<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Base Location: Navi Mumbai<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Reporting to: Deputy General Manager- People Business Partner &#8211; GSC<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Accountabilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic HR<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement HR initiatives to support GSC growth ambition.<\/li>\n<li>HR Compliance and Policies:<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies<\/li>\n<li>Advise management on HR-related legal and regulatory matters<\/li>\n<li>Design, maintain &#038; enhance HR policies to support the demography of shared services<\/li>\n<li>Employee Relations:<\/li>\n<li>Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.<\/li>\n<li>Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management<\/li>\n<li>Define proactive approach to understand risks &#038; mitigate Attrition<\/li>\n<li>Training and Development:<\/li>\n<li>Define effective learning &#038; development plan in liaison with GSC leaders &#038; L&#038;D COE.<\/li>\n<li>Identify training needs and enable development plans for employees<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and competencies<\/li>\n<li>Talent management<\/li>\n<li>Define &#038; implement framework to identify talent<\/li>\n<li>Lead the Annual Compensation Review linked to Talent heatmap<\/li>\n<li>Enable effective performance appraisal process &#038; enforce organization guidelines through discussions with people managers<\/li>\n<li>Enable and implement career development and succession plans<\/li>\n<li>Employee Engagement:<\/li>\n<li>Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies for fostering a positive work culture<\/li>\n<li>Development of an Organizational culture that emphasizes customer centricity, collaboration and positive work relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Be liaison between GSC team &#038; various HR COEs to ensure requisite support<\/li>\n<li>Periodically review the system, structure and the people of the company and take corrective measures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the compliance of the organization&#8217;s health, safety and environmental policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills &#038; Competencies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 13 years of HRBP experience, with 3-5 years leading team<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with high result orientation; can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills, stakeholder management &#038; can challenge status quo<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills, hands-on on dashboards &#038; reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Qualification:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA from a premier institute (Tier 1\/2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
