Position Summary<\/b><\/span>The general role for PM includes managing the PIPECARE operational projects at corporate office and PIPECARE<\/span>subsidiaries. PIPECARE operational projects involve (but not limited) the mobilization of the resource to the Oil & Gas<\/span>fields, servicing the Oil & Gas pipelines, arranging field surveys and field verifications, demobilization of equipment<\/span>upon completion and Reporting. The candidate will lead a project team, producing, executing and controlling the project<\/span>budget.<\/span>General Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>\uf0b7 Comply always and fully with PIPECARE HSE requirements<\/span>\uf0b7 Be quality conscious (dynamic approach towards quality improvement and aim at getting things right first time)<\/span>\uf0b7 Maintain confidentiality, integrity and safeguard PIPECARE trade secrets<\/span>\uf0b7 Respect and support fellow employees at all times<\/span>\uf0b7 Respond to changes positively (technical advancements as well as organizational adaptations)<\/span>\uf0b7 Act in such a manner that PIPECARE\u2019s reputation is highly respected<\/span>\uf0b7 Be results-oriented; alert others timely when a task may not produce the required result for PIPECARE\u2019s final<\/span>product<\/span>\uf0b7 Follow PIPECARE\u2019s Process Flow Charts and interact with other departments when required<\/span>\uf0b7 Assure timely and accurate reporting to PIPECARE<\/span>\uf0b7 Identify training requirements<\/span>Key Responsibilities & Authorities<\/span>\uf0b7 Contract review;<\/span>\uf0b7 Planning and coordination of activities;<\/span>\uf0b7 Ensuring all project related info is entered in ERP;<\/span>\uf0b7 Plan internal and external KOM;<\/span>\uf0b7 Place all necessary requests and check with RM on resource;<\/span>\uf0b7 Review assigned budget from sales;<\/span>\uf0b7 Request site assessment;<\/span>\uf0b7 Request TM, Log (supply chain) & DA for their services and agree on dates (Handshake)<\/span>\uf0b7 Request Task to TM;<\/span>\uf0b7 Request Task to LOG;<\/span>\uf0b7 Request Task to DA;<\/span>\uf0b7 Create Purchase requisitions when required;<\/span>\uf0b7 Job Safety Analysis;<\/span>\uf0b7 Have a briefing meeting with relevant parties when required internally;<\/span>\uf0b7 Obtain written approvals from customers prior to run & have focal point identified from customer side prior to<\/span>mobilization;<\/span>\uf0b7 PM to get recorded Tool Box Meeting;<\/span>\uf0b7 Realization of field activities;<\/span>\uf0b7 Demobilization activities;<\/span>\uf0b7 Payment milestones \/Invoicing;<\/span>\uf0b7 Follow up on Invoice approvals;<\/span>\uf0b7 Responsible for upselling and cross selling;<\/span>\uf0b7 Ensure tool\/MP rent is paid on time.<\/span>Competency Requirements<\/b><\/span>\uf0b7 Communication: Creates and encourages two-way communication opportunities; demonstrates and<\/span>promotes positive prospect, client, and work relationships; proactively addresses and manages conflict and<\/span>disputes; works to achieve constructive resolution;<\/span>\uf0b7 Oral Communication: Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets<\/span>clarification; responds well to questions and requests.
