Access to your earned funds before Payday<\/li>\n<li>CNA Certification Courses<\/li>\n<li>Mileage Reimbursement<\/li>\n<li>Paid Training<\/li>\n<li>PTO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Primary Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client\u2019s quality of life<\/li>\n<li>Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client\u2019s needs or living conditions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular communication with supervisor and office staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide Companionship &#038; Home Helper services which could include:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Companionship and conversation<\/li>\n<li>Providing stabilization and assistance with walking<\/li>\n<li>Preparing meals and cleaning up meal-related items<\/li>\n<li>Providing medication reminders and appointment reminders<\/li>\n<li>Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Washing and ironing laundry<\/li>\n<li>Running errands<\/li>\n<li>Accompanying clients to appointments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide Personal Care services which could include:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting with bathing<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with grooming<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with toileting and incontinence issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide Specialized services which could include:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced Alzheimer\u2019s\/Dementia Care<\/li>\n<li>Hospice Care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Secondary Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in company sponsored training and social events including CAREGiver meetings<\/li>\n<li>Report hours according to office policy &#038; communicate changes in availability in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Document client information in Client and Life Journal<\/li>\n<li>May require you to run errands and provide incidental transportation for a client using your vehicle or a client\u2019s vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other reasonable duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Essential Job Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds<\/li>\n<li>Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach<\/li>\n<li>Possess a valid driver\u2019s license or state identification<\/li>\n<li>Possess valid auto insurance<\/li>\n<li>Ability to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew and cleaning solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com\/jobad\/uscd4c75c7535389ce355abb7bf07eb36e?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Home Instead\u00ae CAREGivers provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes.
