Heshe Collaborates and plays a key role in bridging any gaps between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Profile<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strategic leadership: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Align PMO goals with the organizational strategies. Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices within the PMO, tailored to meet organizational needs and industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Project Governance: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine and enforce PMO governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to standardize project management practices across the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Performance Monitoring &#038; Reporting: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop &#038; maintain key performance indicators (KPI&#8217;s), adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Regular reporting on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Stakeholder Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate project goals, milestones, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and reviews with project teams and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure transparency.<\/li>\n<li>Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to team members.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly, employing effective problem-solving techniques and escalation procedures when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications, conducting reviews and inspections as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Implement quality assurance processes and measures to validate project outcomes and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Address client feedback and concerns promptly, striving to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and change requests.<\/li>\n<li>Generate project reports and metrics to track progress, budget utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competencies and Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+12 Years Experience as a Project Manager<\/li>\n<li>Computer Science or Engineering Bachelors Graduate<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change to enhance project management practices<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of Arabic and English<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing projects in software development, infrastructure deployment, system integration, or data analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Must have technical \/ professional qualifications: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for task management, scheduling, and resource allocation<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, including experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Agile teams.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall, with the ability to tailor methodologies to project needs.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of quality assurance processes and tools to ensure that deliverables meet specified requirements and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of budgeting principles and experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and making financial decisions within budget constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements while minimizing disruption to project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, CPM, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Not a perfect fit?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Worried that you don&#8217;t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
