Together, with our 74, 000 employees worldwide that service Cigna, Express Scripts and other affiliate customers, we aspire to transform health services, making them more affordable and accessible to millions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are going through an exciting period of expansion; at the centre of our International division\u2019s ambitious growth strategy we are currently working towards multi-year effort to implement a consistent digital strategy for the International Market.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>The Position:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Reporting to the QA Test Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for on time delivery of test planning and executions activities in the delivery of Quality Assurance (QA) Testing for new or modified applications\/systems across multiple platforms. The QA &#038; Testing Associate Analyst will be a high-performing individual who is methodical, inquisitive and has a passion for quality. They will partner with their Test Lead, QA Lead and business colleagues on a journey of continuous learning and improvement to ensure ongoing optimisation of quality first delivery capability in support of key strategic outcomes for our business. They will receive the opportunity to learn and develop in the Healthcare industry within the technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a graduate or someone with less than 2 years Testing experience.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Working across our IM IT Team to deliver successful QA &#038; Testing solutions enabling all methodologies but with a focus on SAFe Agile. You will work with individuals from across the world, with both in-person and remote teams.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Main Duties \/ Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for providing additional support or backfill<\/li>\n<li>Product understanding and creating test design<\/li>\n<li>Execute test cases and report bugs on the tool<\/li>\n<li>Participate in defect triage and RCA<\/li>\n<li>Participate in PI &#038; Sprint planning and Agile ceremonies<\/li>\n<li>Contribute towards Sprint retrospective and continuous improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Implement test techniques , methodologies and tools to achieve high-level of test coverage<\/li>\n<li>Support Test Leads\/QA Leads with QA &#038; Test responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Skills and Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least two, typically five or more years\u2019 experience in a system quality environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience<\/li>\n<li>Up to 2 Yrs. experience in Software QA &#038; Testing<\/li>\n<li>Experience or understanding of functional testing of web application, desktop application and mainframe application<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working in all phase of Test Cycle (Test Design, Test Execution, Defect management &#038; reporting)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Health Insurance Industry<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle with specific expertise of Software Testing<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of working within an Agile environment<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of different web browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox, MS Edge, Chrome<\/li>\n<li>Competent user of Microsoft office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently, leading a team or as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate accuracy and possess a keen eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in personal development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desirable Skills and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finance business knowledge<\/li>\n<li>ISTQB Foundation or Intermediate Certified<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relational databases using SQL queries<\/li>\n<li>Web based software development, especially using Java and HTML<\/li>\n<li>Salesforce &#038; Velocity Technology experience<\/li>\n<li>JIRA, HP ALM, Azure Dev Ops \u2013 Test Plans<\/li>\n<li>React software awareness, experience<\/li>\n<li>Mobile App, Mobile Browser Testing Experience<\/li>\n<li>Browserstack, Perfecto experience<\/li>\n<li>Mainframe, DB &#038; API testing<\/li>\n<li>Selenium\/UFT skills<\/li>\n<li>Python programming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge on ETL Testing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> About The Cigna Group<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
