We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA & QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) Engineer to join our team for a prestigious building project in Saudi Arabia. As a QA & QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities adhere to established quality standards and specifications, thereby contributing to the successful completion of the project.<\/span>*Key Responsibilities:*<\/b><\/span>– Develop and implement QA\/QC procedures, protocols, and checklists to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.<\/span>– Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and installations to identify deviations, defects, and non-conformities.<\/span>– Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.<\/span>– Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate their compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.
\n – Maintain detailed records of QA\/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation.<\/span>– Provide training and guidance to site personnel on QA\/QC procedures, requirements, and best practices.<\/span>*Qualifications:*<\/b><\/span>– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
\n – Proven experience working as a QA\/QC Engineer or in a similar role on building construction projects.<\/span>– Strong knowledge of QA\/QC principles, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on civil construction.<\/span>– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.<\/span>– Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding high-quality standards and delivering superior results.<\/span>– Proficiency in English is required, Arabic language skills are advantageous.<\/span>*Experience:*<\/b><\/span>– Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA\/QC engineering or management roles, with a focus on building projects.<\/span>– Experience working in the Middle East region or on international projects is preferred.<\/span>– Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing QA\/QC programs and ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.<\/p>\n
