The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Summary:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Recruitment Manager is responsible for recruitment process and implementing Recruitment Strategies. He \/ She helps in building a healthy relationship with internal customers and external recruitment vendors. He \/ She is responsible for the development of the recruitment team in Human Resources; also develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key job responsibilities include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)<\/li>\n<li>Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source<\/li>\n<li>Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization<\/li>\n<li>Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process<\/li>\n<li>Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization<\/li>\n<li>Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)<\/li>\n<li>Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant<\/li>\n<li>Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters<\/li>\n<li>Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics<\/li>\n<li>Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Description:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working as a recruiting manager<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work efficiently under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent management and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound organizational and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
