Ongoing development of forecasting and staffing models.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2. Facilitates Capacity Planning Calls.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>3. Business\/Forecast Model Management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4. Workload Calculation\/Recommendation<span class=\"br\"><\/span>5. Intraday Forecast Management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Area of expertise (Skills)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Management<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Excel Working knowledge of MS Office applications and Avaya CMS Supervisor or and ACD reporting tool<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with different Scheduling software (ex. Verint, eWFM, IEX, Genesys)<\/li>\n<li>Should be aware the different factors of the staffing and forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Keenness to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as a team member and independently<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with different software scheduling package (IEX, Verint, eWFM, Genesys)<\/li>\n<li>Should be very keen in observing possible reasons of the different trend especially on the number of attendance and absences and most importantly the staffed hours being generated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Other Skills and Experiences (Min)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Math or relevant work experience<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2-4 years of experience in a related field.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Education<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor Degree<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.ph\/jobad\/ph88508640c5c8d13f7866686f0a2a02dd?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary Job Objectives\/Deliverables: 1.
