The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Eligibility<\/b><br \/>\n       To apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate should have completed 12 months in the current role<\/li>\n<li>The candidate should not be on any active CAP\/ PIP<\/li>\n<li>The performance review of the candidate has to be ME &#038; Above in the last common review<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Graduate Degree or equivalent experience. (Exp required &#8211; 9+ years)<\/li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in building and managing large scale software engineering solutions<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience working with NodeJs\/React\/Java J2ee, Azure data pipelines\/AWS\/Knowledge on Telemetry tools<\/li>\n<li>1+ years of experience in designing and architecting enterprise scale software solutions<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of leading the delivery of large-scale software development projects<\/li>\n<li>DevOps experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cloud providers, preferably Azure<\/li>\n<li>Experience with testing, automation principles<\/li>\n<li>Experience with building software solutions in one or more the following cloud service providers &#8211; Azure &#038; AWS<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of CI\/CD Pipeline concepts using Git, Jenkins\/Azure DevOps, Artifactory<\/li>\n<li>Ability to independently troubleshoot and performance tune large scale enterprise systems<\/li>\n<li>Proven excellent collaborator with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams such as leadership, product management and engineering, with a willingness to inspire other data engineers, data scientists and analysts<\/li>\n<li>Solid communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences<\/li>\n<li>Attitude of Innovation and finding ways to improve processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience and knowledge on AI\/\/ML technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
