Human by nature.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Quality Control Manager &#8211; Your future position?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are currently looking to hire a &#8216;Quality Control Manager&#8217; to plan, organize and oversee the implementation of Quality Control programs. In this role you will be based in our 6th October City office near Cairo in Egypt and report into the Head of Quality in Egypt.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Sounds interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if you love staying ahead of the curve, always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value, and are skilled at fostering strong relationships.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>In this exciting role, your core responsibilities will be &#8211;<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strategy design and execution: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Based on QM strategy, develop tactical and operational quality control plans for the assigned site in order to meet quality control objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Function management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the local Quality Control team in executing defined Quality Control programs<\/li>\n<li>Conduct audits of finished goods, manufacturing equipment as well as use thereof to identify and recommend changes to management or methods to improve workflow or techniques to enhance product quality and reliability<\/li>\n<li>Conduct evaluations of operations staff to measure compliance and deploy relevant corrective actions toaddress deviations (training, operative procedures, safety measures)<\/li>\n<li>Review and validate inspection reports and documentation required to support findings<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other managers, engineers, logisticians, and field activities to ensure product\/process specifications are followed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with national, international, and corporate quality standards and applicable environmental, health and safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and report quality program performance, variances, and risks<\/li>\n<li>Execute the program(s) within approved budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>People management<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes within the local QC organization and validate related results<\/li>\n<li>Work with the local Operations management team and HR Business Partner(s) in developing a talent pipeline for the local QC organization<\/li>\n<li>Drive the development and promotion of local QC talents within Operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>You?<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
