In India, we have offices in Bangalore, Pune, and Chennai.<\/span>Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior UI\/UX Designer in our Pune office to tackle complex design challenges and help redefine healthcare experiences. Help us simplify an inherently complex space and transform everyone\u2019s experience of a visit to the doctor, a trip to the emergency room, or a lifetime with a chronic illness.<\/span>About the team: This team leads the user experience design for many of our company\u2019s clinician-facing (iOS and Android) mobile apps, as well as any necessary web (desktop) workflows to ensure a cohesive cross-platform user experience. So, we\u2019re looking for a Senior Designer to thoughtfully contribute to our award-winning electronic health record (EHR) and physician practice management products. In this role, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary agile R&D team to define, design and test product and digital service features with the goal of creating valuable and delightful experiences for our users.<\/span>Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:<\/b><\/span>Primary focus: Design execution<\/span>\u00b7 Identify and frame user-centered problems effectively<\/span>\u00b7 Plan and facilitate problem identification and solutioning workshops<\/span>\u00b7 Create low- to high-fidelity sketches, wireframes, content, and visual designs, and build interactive prototypes to communicate and test concepts and ideas<\/span>\u00b7 Plan and execute research experiments and heuristic reviews to evaluate the usefulness and usability of product features<\/span>\u00b7 Collaborate with the product and engineering teams throughout the agile planning, design and development process to deliver released product that meets design intent<\/span>\u00b7 Collaborate with your team, soliciting and providing feedback to ensure product experiences meet UX quality standards for workflow, interaction design and microcopy<\/span>Secondary focus: UX research and planning<\/span>\u00b7 Plan and execute exploratory research and experiments to inform product strategy at the discovery & concept stage of design, as well as user research to validate solutions later in the feature life cycle<\/span>\u00b7 Contribute to the creation of journey maps, and vision documents to influence product backlog prioritization and planning activitie<\/span>\u00b7 Manage the backlog and prioritization of your design work to keep your team moving<\/span>\u00b7 Assist in the definition and creation of success criteria and metrics<\/span>\u00b7 Support your product and engineering teammates in building deep empathy for our users<\/span>Last but not least: Skill-sharing & Mentorship<\/span>We believe everyone is a teacher and everyone is a student.
