{"id":4574,"date":"2024-11-20T08:59:21","date_gmt":"2024-11-20T08:59:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/senior-manager-qhse\/"},"modified":"2024-11-20T08:59:21","modified_gmt":"2024-11-20T08:59:21","slug":"senior-manager-qhse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/senior-manager-qhse\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Manager, QHSE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As Senior Manager, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE), you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, and management of QHSE programs and initiatives across the organization.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant program and country regulations, fostering a culture of quality and safety, and driving continuous improvement in QHSE performance<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive QHSE strategy aligned with the Organizations objectives and values.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and guidance to the QHSE team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement quality management systems, processes, and standards to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and products.<\/li>\n<li>Lead efforts to achieve and maintain relevant quality certifications and accreditations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and drive improvements based on data-driven insights.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and communicate health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with local and international regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead safety programs, initiatives, and campaigns to minimize workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and proactively address them.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute environmental management strategies, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor environmental performance, track key metrics, and recommend actions to minimize the organization&#8217;s environmental footprint.<\/li>\n<li>Stay current with applicable QHSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure organizational compliance with relevant QHSE laws and regulations, including maintaining required certifications and permits.<\/li>\n<li>Lead investigations into QHSE incidents, accidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish effective incident reporting and response protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver QHSE training programs for employees at all levels, enhancing their awareness and understanding of QHSE principles.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement by encouraging employees to participate in relevant training and development opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote QHSE initiatives, share best practices, and establish mutually beneficial relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and customers to stay informed about emerging QHSE trends and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure QHSE performance across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular QHSE reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and progress against goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Educational Qualifications &#038; Work Experience <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, etc.).
