This includes designing assortment, setting pricing, promotions, negotiating with suppliers and leveraging their expertise to secure advantageous terms and maintaining strong supplier relationships.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will also work closely with management to make sure that all stakeholders are aligned with the commercial strategy of the company.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role highly demands a hands-on approach during preparation for pilot stores.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define category roles and design product category for &#8220;Convenience format&#8221; stores<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing competitor activities, assortment, pricing and promo to make sure our commercial strategy aligned with<\/li>\n<li>Having experience for customer behavior and deep product knowledge in KSA market<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with various teams, like commercial consultant, team from partner company<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating customer feedback and implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Developing solid relationships with key vendors and suppliers to improve category offerings and negotiate favorable terms<\/li>\n<li>Lead supplier negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions to drive cost savings and strengthen supplier relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Developing process and Standard Operating Procedures(SOP\u2019s)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa1ca508d2350698f17cb65f4e1b130fde?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: The Head of FMCG will be responsible to design a specific product category for the \u201cconvenience format\u201d stores.
