{"id":45587,"date":"2025-03-01T10:59:34","date_gmt":"2025-03-01T10:59:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/creative-solutions-design-sr-manager\/"},"modified":"2025-03-01T10:59:34","modified_gmt":"2025-03-01T10:59:34","slug":"creative-solutions-design-sr-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/creative-solutions-design-sr-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Creative Solutions &#038; Design Sr. Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead Creative Solutions delivery team <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the right people, process, organization and governance are in place to deliver high quality services to sector stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for performance of CCC CME around delivery of services and reports in line with agreed service level agreements or other performance metrics (KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>Drive changes to current state (ways or working and processes), based on experience and best practice, where such changes can help improve productivity, quality and deliver value for PEP stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Drive automation and digitaziation for the capability to deliver efficiencies and effectiveness for the business<\/li>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day operations of Creative Solutions, provide expertise, encourage and ensure teamwork, align work processes in order to comply with statutory, tax, and other requirements, achieve high performance standards, meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment<\/li>\n<li>Shape and execute talent strategy, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, growth and development, capability building, reward\/recognition, succession planning, ultimately driving an excellent associate experience and building culture\/engagement<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development and refinement of the S&#038;T Consumer strategy, vision and capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Drive standardization through following global capability blueprints, best practices, WOW and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Design Lead for S&#038;T Consumer Function in AMESA <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the AMESA Marketing design activities within S&#038;T<\/li>\n<li>Translate opportunities into the business case<\/li>\n<li>Lead the transition process, define SLA\u2019s, KPI\u2019s, Knowledge required, service now support<\/li>\n<li>Partner with AMESA sector team to Identify whitespace and opportunities to scale CME capabilities in AMESA, managing the design and rollout of CME expansion plans<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for senior stakeholders management in AMESA, ensuring consistent reporting and education around CME performance, expansions and capabilities.
