Black & Grey HR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Live-in Home Caregiver \/ Nursing Assistant to provide supportive care to a young child within a family setting in Dubai. This role requires a nurturing individual who can assist with daily care, engage in therapeutic activities, and ensure the child’s developmental milestones are met in a loving and supportive environment.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>– Participate actively in weekly therapy sessions, including physiotherapy, feeding therapy, and occupational therapy, and apply learned techniques at home to support the child’s development.
\n – Facilitate engaging play and interaction sessions to enhance language and speech skills.
\n – Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including speech therapists, to monitor and support the child’s well-being and developmental progress.
\n – Maintain consistent communication with the child’s parents about their well-being, progress, and any observations or concerns.
\n – Implement daily therapy exercises as directed by therapists, ensuring consistency and documenting progress.
\n – Provide daily care and support tailored to the child’s needs, ensuring a nurturing and positive environment.<\/span>Requirements- Proven experience in caring for infants or children, preferably those with special needs or medical conditions.
\n – Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude, with a passion for working with children.
\n – A willingness to learn and follow the child’s specific care and therapy routines.
\n – Excellent communication skills in English, necessary for understanding and participating in therapy sessions and activities.
\n – Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, healthcare professionals, and family members.
