Growing together.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Primary Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, Development and Testing of application using MongoDB, NodeJS, Java and Python<\/li>\n<li>Architecture, Design and Implement product features in collaboration with IT stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Working across fully automated stacks in a CI\/CD ecosystem<\/li>\n<li>Engineer innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business<\/li>\n<li>Implement best practices, quality, architecture and coding standards of the project<\/li>\n<li>Lead the team successfully and set targets and expectations for the team<\/li>\n<li>Be an individual contributor (very hands-on) as well as able to guide and mentor the team members<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and\/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and\/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and\/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years with Agile DevOps delivery model experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience with MongoDB and NodeJS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Multiyear experience with container technologies (e.g. OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)<\/li>\n<li>Progressive software engineering experience full stack Java Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in technical lead position and providing technical guidance to team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with various frameworks (e.g. Splunk, ELK, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working across fully automated stacks in a CI\/CD ecosystem<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Cloud engineering technologies and building cloud deployment platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>CI\/CD pipeline experience (e.g. Jenkins, Github Actions etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise with engineering platforms at scale in public and private clouds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
