We play an integral role in helping our<br \/>\n       clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security,<br \/>\n       efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous<br \/>\n       operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond,<br \/>\n       and remediate threats<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Roles &#038; responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a good understanding of the Bank<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Risk &#038; control framework and the underlying<br \/>\n       concepts on Risk Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in performing the monitoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> review that augments the principles defined<br \/>\n       as per risk and control assessment<br \/>\n       methodology. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Involve in Control &#038; Monitoring Design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Assessment meetings and understand the<br \/>\n       monitoring steps and correlate with the<br \/>\n       controls. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the compliance of control as<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> appropriate to the regulatory requirement.<br \/>\n       This could be mostly in the Medium to High<br \/>\n       complex reviews with an Inherent Risk rating<br \/>\n       of 1 or 2 (predominantly) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborating with onshore and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> offshore teams in gathering the necessary<br \/>\n       evidence required to perform the testing.<br \/>\n       Escalate any control failures. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Timely submission of results in the Bank<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Risk &#038; Control system <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting in the creation and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> maintenance of reports for control tracking<br \/>\n       and analysis <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify risks across the business and<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> organize cross-functional solutions. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Mandatory skill sets: Control Testing<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Preferred skill sets: Internal Audits<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Years of experience required: 7+<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Education qualification:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of relevant experience in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> managing Operational Risk\/ Enterprise Risk<br \/>\n       Management\/ Business Risk Management\/<br \/>\n       Compliance\/ Internal Audit within FS industry <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior work experience in Risk &#038; Control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> domain viz. internal control\/ quality check\/<br \/>\n       monitoring is desirable. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> communication skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Education (if blank, degree and\/or field of study not specified) Degrees\/Field of Study required: Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Degrees\/Field of Study preferred:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Required Skills Information Security<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Optional Skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Travel Requirements Not Specified<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
