Are you ready to hop on this exciting ride with us and help us achieve our mission?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive \/ Director to join our team and lead sales initiatives targeting food factories.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The ideal candidate will have a robust hunting profile with a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals in the food industry.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Your main responsibilities will include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target the food industry and drive revenue growth for the food testing business. This includes identifying target markets, creating detailed marketing strategies, and defining clear objectives to expand the customer base and increase market share.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing clientele, cold calling, networking, and market research.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as quality assurance managers, procurement heads, and health and safety officials in the food industry.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership, guidance, and continuous professional development opportunities to the sales team.
