From the elegant lobby to energetic restaurants and lounges, our beachfront urban retreat has been transformed into a vibrant hotspot, while remaining true to our Qatari roots. This stunning urban beachfront retreat opened in April 2005 in the heart of the business district, and has 237 rooms and 20 unbranded townhouses villas, a large Food and Beverage operation with 10 stunning venues including the world\u2019s largest Nobu restaurant, significant banquets\/outside catering, five pools and a private beach, fitness center, and a spa and wellness center offering guests expansive hydrotherapy facilities including an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. We look for individuals who share a passion for excellence and who infuse that enthusiasm into everything they do.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:-<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.<\/li>\n<li>Provide Massage, Facial, Body treatments, and any other wellness therapies in our spa, around the pool, in guest suites, and in any location appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses a high level of product knowledge and relevant technical skills; intuitively recommends and effectively upsells treatments, packages, and retail items in a sensitive and personalized manner.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and adapt to guest preferences and needs and make some suitable recommendations to extend experience after the services.<\/li>\n<li>Has a thorough understanding of all services including benefits, indications &#038; contraindications for each of the treatments; applies professional products safely and accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Sets up and immaculately maintains spa treatment rooms; maintains stocks of operating and guest supplies in the work areas.<\/li>\n<li>Has an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task \u2013 personifying luxury guest service. Assists in executing the day-to-day operational requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Sale and recommended retail products.
