{"id":4422,"date":"2024-11-19T15:02:46","date_gmt":"2024-11-19T15:02:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/asset-management-coo-investment-reporting-analyst-bnp-paribas\/"},"modified":"2024-11-19T15:02:46","modified_gmt":"2024-11-19T15:02:46","slug":"asset-management-coo-investment-reporting-analyst-bnp-paribas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/asset-management-coo-investment-reporting-analyst-bnp-paribas\/","title":{"rendered":"Asset Management &#8211; COO &#8211; Investment Reporting Analyst &#8211; BNP Paribas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ROLE DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Reporting Department is taking care of the investment reports that are delivered to our Institutional clients.<br \/>\n       You will be in charge of the production of the institutional reporting which does not meet the standardization requirements to be produced by the Reporting Factory based in India.<br \/>\n       You are also responsible for the follow-up of the production by the Reporting Factory done for Hong Kong, by keeping track of the production schedule and act as point of contact for clients of these reports.<br \/>\n       You work together with the Activity Monitoring, Evolution and Process Team and the Data Services team to implement new reports &#038; processes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITY<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Production of client reports, of high quality and respecting the client&#8217;s deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Point of entry for all requests for new reporting and evolutions to existing reporting<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordination with the different reporting teams and other stakeholders to implement new reports or evolutions<\/li>\n<li>Become an expert with regards to our reporting platform for all types of reports, its capabilities and our capacity to deliver high quality reporting<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on regulatory evolutions that impact the reporting requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> KEY INTERNAL\/EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal: Other Reporting teams (Belgium, India,..), Reporting Factory, Front Office, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Ops Teams (Pricing, Trade Support, Reco, accounting), Institutional Client reporting Team, IT Reporting Solutions<\/li>\n<li>External: Clients, External Providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> ROLE REQUIREMENTS<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS &#038; EXPERIENCE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably a University degree in a finance-oriented discipline<\/li>\n<li>Good IT skills (proficiency in Excel, VBA &#038; working with databases is a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Performance Measurement is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Chinese &#038; English<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of Asset Management business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.hk\/jobad\/hk3b6bda1f1b112bfe9398ca3e656cf7bc?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ROLE DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE The Reporting Department is taking care of the investment reports that are delivered to our Institutional clients.
