They job holder will also contribute to business planning and be included in project work and or specialist ad hoc reporting.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build an understanding of the value drivers of the business<\/li>\n<li>Create analytics around key performance indicators to facilitate qualitative reporting. These may include:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> o Business performance<br \/>\n       o Balance scorecard<br \/>\n       o Business development opportunities<br \/>\n       o Budgets and forecasts<br \/>\n       o Market and revenue analysis<br \/>\n       o Promotions and pricing<br \/>\n       o Capital expenditure approvals<br \/>\n       o Cash flow and working capital<br \/>\n       o Cost level analysis<br \/>\n       o Customer profitability <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide clear analysis to incorporate within the monthly reports designed to allow management to understand key continuing and developing trends<\/li>\n<li>Provide support in the business planning and forecasting processes<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with business managers in areas of expertise and through confident and clear communication develop a trusted partner status through high quality support and decision aiding analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Candidate Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professionally Qualified &#8211; CA\/CFA or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills; should be capable of identifying and interpreting key business drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts. Previous experience with ERP systems is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, able to work across functions and in teams.
