{"id":43470,"date":"2025-02-24T04:59:30","date_gmt":"2025-02-24T04:59:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/manager-corporate-quality-audit\/"},"modified":"2025-02-24T04:59:30","modified_gmt":"2025-02-24T04:59:30","slug":"manager-corporate-quality-audit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/manager-corporate-quality-audit\/","title":{"rendered":"Manager &#8211; Corporate Quality Audit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sun Pharma Corporate Quality Department<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Position: Manager (G10) Effective Date:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Department: Corporate Quality Location: Bengaluru,<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Reporting Manager Title: GM &#8211; Corporate Quality<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Classification: Manager &#8211; Corporate Quality (Gamma Irradiation)<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Summary:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manager Corporate Quality &#8211; Individual Performer Role<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for oversight of Gamma Irradiation of Sun Pharma products at third party gamma irradiation sterilization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Essential Job Functions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should possess sound knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing process (Non-sterile &#038; Sterile formulations) &#038; quality assurance regulations and auditing technique.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the overall supervision of Gamma sterilization site (Third party) used for sterilization of drug product and other components, as required.<\/li>\n<li>To monitor receipt and dispatch of consignment of Sun Pharma at Gamma sterilization site.<\/li>\n<li>Review and monitoring of irradiation process of the batch and related documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Review and monitor of analytical data (Dosimeter Testing)<\/li>\n<li>Control and monitor quality systems which enable operations on site to occur in an efficient manner and in compliance with cGMPs.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up for timely closure of QMS documents.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in the investigations for Deviations, OOS and Audit findings related to Sun Pharma product\/s.<\/li>\n<li>Review of changes in gamma sterilization process \/ major modification at site and timely notification to the management.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting in external audits preparations and responding to audit findings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> of gamma serialization sites <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should be able to travel to third party site\/s.<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft word\/ Excel\/ Power point presentation) and ability to learn and become proficient with appropriate software.<\/li>\n<li>Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Basic Qualification: B.
