Junglee\u2019s mission is to build entertainment for millions of people around the world and connect them through games.<\/span>Junglee Games is not just a gaming company but a blend of innovation, data science, cutting-edge tech, and, most importantly, a values-driven culture that is creating the next set of conscious leaders.<\/span>Job Overview<\/b><\/span>As our Manager\/Assistant Marketing Manager – Acquisition, you will play a key role in improving the acquisition outcomes for Junglee Games.<\/span>Job Location<\/b><\/span>Gurgaon<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Devise and execute a data-led user growth strategy (performance and organic marketing-led) for Junglee Games<\/span>Devise strategies to scale beyond the conventional channels and broaden the top of the funnel using organic digital and offline acquisition channels (like referral programs, social sharing, product marketing, migration journeys \u2013 cross-sell, SEO\/ ASO, content marketing, and more)<\/span>Work closely with product and performance marketing teams to optimize the top of the funnel \u2013 improve the acquisition funnel through multiple product A\/B tests and conversion journey experiments<\/span>Undertake consumer research to identify user needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding-backed ideas to unlock growth<\/span>Work with data and analytics teams to implement best measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A\/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas<\/span>Partner with creative team and brand marketing to churn out new content\/ creatives<\/span>Build fresh Acquisition sources by challenging the status quo and envisaging a spectrum of possibilities beyond plain vanilla optimisation<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>2-3 years of experience in performance marketing (Google & Meta) is a must<\/span>at least 3+years of experience in B2C mobile app acquisition marketing, RMG experience would be an added plus<\/span>should have worked with cross-functional teams including product\/ BI\/ design\/ content\/ brand teams<\/span>very strong with data\/ insight generation, fluent with MS Excel<\/span>structured problem-solving with on-the-feet thinking<\/span>good communication\/ presentation skills verbal and written<\/span>Have managed a team<\/span>should be good with stakeholder management<\/span>tier 1 institute MBA preferred<\/span>should have attention to detail, high bias for action, and give importance to rigour; should be agile<\/span>Be a part of Junglee Games to:<\/span>Value Customers & Data – Prioritize customers, use data-driven decisions, master KPIs, and leverage ideation and A\/B testing to drive impactful outcomes.<\/span>Inspire Extreme Ownership – We embrace ownership, collaborate effectively, and take pride in every detail to ensure every game becomes a smashing success.<\/span>Lead with Love – We reject micromanagement and fear, fostering open dialogue, mutual growth, and a fearless yet responsible work ethic.<\/span>Embrace change – Change drives progress and our strength lies in adapting swiftly and recognizing when to evolve to stay ahead.<\/span>Play the Big Game – We think big, challenge norms, and innovate boldly, driving impactful results through fresh ideas and inventive problem-solving.<\/span>Avail a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid gift coupons, fitness plans, gadget allowances, fuel costs, family healthcare, and much more<\/span>Know more about us<\/span>Explore the world of Junglee Games through our website, .<\/span>Get a glimpse of what Life at Junglee Games looks like on .<\/span>Here is a quick snippet of the<\/span>Liked what you saw so far?<\/p>\n
