He should have experiences and be able to apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Ability and experiences on acting as the team lead on projects will be seriously taken into consideration. The successful candidate should be able to conduct C-Level communication, effective communication with management of customer organizations. The candidate should also demonstrate proven expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ideally, the candidate should be able to demonstrate 4-5 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experiences and holding a university degree. We look at our clients&#8217; business holistically to ensure business outcomes and empower continuous innovation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The initial collaboration is through a contractor relationship with Oracle Consulting with high probabilities for converting to Oracle employee based on performance, delivery quality, ability to travel and personality of the candidate.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\/A<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\/A<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\/A<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Career Level &#8211; N\/A<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>THE JOB &#8211; ORACLE CLOUD SC CONSULTANT<span class=\"br\"><\/span>An exciting, high-profile opportunity exists to join our growing Oracle Consulting MEA Delivery team (known internally to as Pharos team) as a Senior Principal, or Principal SC Consultant or a SC Workstream Lead for Oracle Cloud implementations across MEA region depending on your experiences. Your role will be to implement Oracle SC Fusion for customers typically across MEA. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the Project Manager and Solution Architect to plan the SC implementation project workstream<\/li>\n<li>Analyse customer business requirements, define solution parameters and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Map requirement with Oracle Fusion capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct formal workshops with the client to agree the solution design, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer&#8217;s needs<\/li>\n<li>Work with offshore and\/or local team to configure the solution<\/li>\n<li>Support business comparison test plans and activities<\/li>\n<li>Assess business and technical impacts of solutions<\/li>\n<li>Perform software version control and maintain periodic compilation schedule<\/li>\n<li>Conduct the knowledge transfer to the customer<\/li>\n<li>Ensure project accomplishment on time, on quality, as contracted, and meeting customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage the stream deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for data migration and cutover topics for the stream.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for issue resolution post-go-live and transition to support.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assist and provide the technical team with any business clarification required for technical developments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What You&#8217;ll Bring<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and customer-centricity will help us remain become the number one cloud company in the world. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education level\/Qualifications: University degree in relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Professional SC Consulting experience as practitioner and\/or implementation consultant\/Lead<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience implementing at least three or more of the Oracle Fusion SC modules<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of SC business process area for core engine, UAE, KSA and typical integrations<\/li>\n<li>Superior ability to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needs<\/li>\n<li>Able to plan and facilitate design sessions.
