These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn\u2019t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond effectively to the diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others.<\/li>\n<li>Use a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.<\/li>\n<li>Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the broader objectives of your project or role and how your work fits into the overall strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.<\/li>\n<li>Use reflection to develop self awareness, enhance strengths and address development areas.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm&#8217;s code of conduct, and independence requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Job Level &#8211; Associate \/ Sr. Associate<br \/>\n       Year of Experience 2\u2013 Yrs \u2013 4 Yrs<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Educational Qualifications: BE \/ B Tech \/ MCA\/ M.Sc \/ M.E \/ M.Tech<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Key Skills: Salesforce, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Integration, Force.com, Implementation and deployment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Must Have:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>2to4Years of Total IT experience.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Minimum 2+ years of SFDC experience.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Minimum 1+ Years of work experience in Lightning, one should be able to write clean code using Lightning.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Rich experience in Salesforce Lightning and Integration.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Extensive experience in Force.com platform using APEX and Visualforce.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Solid Implementation experience using Sales \/ Service \/ Custom cloud.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good experience in SFDC configuration and mapping features to the business requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good Experience in Data Migration using SFDC import and export utilities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in implementing integration solutions between CRM, ERP and Financial systems<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong RDBMS knowledge and building SQL queries.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in working with HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript , JQuery<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>You\u2019ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
