You will design &#038; develop software that is optimized, well organized &#038; maintainable. You will be driving process improvements, resource planning, optimization &#038; performance management. You will be accountable for the migration of assigned platforms &#038; processes as per project timelines &#038; ensure smooth knowledge transfer in partnership with onshore &#038; offshore stakeholders.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Role Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization<\/li>\n<li>Recommend improvements to existing software programs<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams<\/li>\n<li>Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching to Junior Associates and Associates<\/li>\n<li>Works independently on complex projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Role Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022 5+ years of overall experience in a DevOps or similar technical role.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing and optimizing AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration, including cluster management and application deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Basic proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and task automation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Ansible for configuration management and infrastructure automation.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Groovy for writing and maintaining Jenkins pipeline scripts.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of CI\/CD concepts, tools, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience with Docker and containerization technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Splunk, dyntrace and AWS CloudWatch.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments and containerized applications.<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development, operations, QA).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Git for version control and experience with distributed version control workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Good to Have:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Spring Boot for building Java-based microservices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Node.js for developing scalable, event-driven applications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with any other scripting language (e.g., Bash, Shell, Ruby, Perl).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
