If you are eager to work in an inspiring, dynamic environment and collaborate with like-minded people, we want to hear from you!<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support our Payments projects delivery covering International payment service providers, billing aggregators, and digital merchant&#8217;s technical integrations and Mobile App stores.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the integration of merchants and mobile operators with Mondia&#8217;s internal platforms and services.<\/li>\n<li>Support live config changes and verification of VAS\/Digital Systems\/Payments using the latest technologies\/tools.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation and knowledge sharing of VAS, billing platforms &#038; related systems, APIs for both internal and external teams for integrations\/operations purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Support different internal\/external teams with service configurations\/definitions, troubleshooting, automated testing, and migrations as and when required (which may require performing\/participating in outage activities outside normal office hours, including holidays).<\/li>\n<li>Perform integration and migration with acceptance and clearance tests, producing relevant test documentation and reports for operators and merchant integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that quality of service is maintained after app\/service\/connection\/platform launch\/upgrade.<\/li>\n<li>Create and improve automated tests with our framework TestNG, Selenium, and other tools.<\/li>\n<li>Improve customer satisfaction by checking new features against requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Create test cases with test data and document the steps.<\/li>\n<li>Support quality and project management to pack releases with user value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science\/IT Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in VAS\/IT\/Payments Industry within integration\/operation\/support or service Environment.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in QA engineering with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of service providers\/operators&#8217; business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with SQL.<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience with REST-assured and Selenium.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with programming languages such as Java\/Spring and Python.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Web Services like REST API &#038; SOAP and the ability to deal with API Platform simulators like Postman.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with issues tracking tools like JIRA or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in writing and executing test cases.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li>High-quality awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in applying different testing techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Customer Relationship Management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Good to have:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with NoSQL\/Data-Lakes such as Snowflake.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Asynchronous Messaging Systems (e.g., Kafka).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of CI\/CD pipelines.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in cloud computing services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau &#038; Grafana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social insurance<\/li>\n<li>Health insurance for employee and family<\/li>\n<li>Company bonus<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid Office &#8211; 13 WFH days per quarter<\/li>\n<li>An attractive location in a creative and modern office in New Cairo<\/li>\n<li>Cooperation in a highly motivated, young, international team spread across 3 continents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.eg\/jobad\/egb8ed46323186000997f7da7c1a807bc4?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description: WHAT WE DO | Our talented teams create tech that connects brands to people via meaningful content that impacts their lives in positive ways.
