{"id":42371,"date":"2025-02-21T10:59:49","date_gmt":"2025-02-21T10:59:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/maintenance-manager-9\/"},"modified":"2025-02-21T10:59:49","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T10:59:49","slug":"maintenance-manager-9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/maintenance-manager-9\/","title":{"rendered":"Maintenance Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>SUMMARY OF THE ROLE<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>In this role you will lead and manage Maintenance by enhancing its developments based on Jotun\u2019s values and in accordance with local, regional, and corporate objectives and guidelines to ensure the right equipment reliability and maintain HSEQ standards while optimizing maintenance cost.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This position is reporting to Operations Manager of Jotun Egypt and based in our factory in 10th of Ramadan, Al Robecky Industrial Zone.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead the Maintenance team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun\u2019s current and future needs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure that all Maintenance roles and requirements are fulfilled<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead the Maintenance function by implementing and monitoring procedures and guidelines to ensure maintenance activities comply with local laws and regulations, ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001, Jotun Operations System, and Jotun\u2019s HSEQ Management system.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>In cooperation with HSEQ and relevant stakeholders, ensure that at any time, the HSE critical installations are working as intended, but not limited to: Fire Fighting, ventilation, overflow levels, safety valves, earthing installation, emergency equipment, etc.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsible for HSEQ within the area of responsibility<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Initiate, drive, and follow up continuous improvement activities by utilizing the Jotun Operations System<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Participate in operations management meetings to coordinate activities and improvement projects.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>To uphold an optimal production environment, ensure professional, proactive maintenance systems by implementing and sustaining the Belt program and JOS assessment level.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage, monitor, and update the maintenance system, plans, spare parts, personnel, and costs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Review the operation of plant assets, including criticality and systems, constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, solve problems on time, and identify improvement opportunities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Negotiate, follow up, and review service contracts and frame agreements for external companies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Be involved during equipment selection and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What We Look For:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or any related field<\/li>\n<li>4-6 years of experience as Maintenance Manager<\/li>\n<li>Leadership experience with managing white and blue collars<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Arabic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Personal Qualities We Look For: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results<\/li>\n<li>Quickly understands and analyzes complex issues and problems;
