{"id":4233,"date":"2024-11-18T15:58:57","date_gmt":"2024-11-18T15:58:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/rugby-hardware-project-engineering-lead-for-vrf-pac\/"},"modified":"2024-11-18T15:58:57","modified_gmt":"2024-11-18T15:58:57","slug":"rugby-hardware-project-engineering-lead-for-vrf-pac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/rugby-hardware-project-engineering-lead-for-vrf-pac\/","title":{"rendered":"Rugby &#8211; Hardware Project Engineering Lead for VRF\/PAC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>#LI-DS2<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has to drive &#038; achieve for all engineering aspects (on spec, on time, and on cost) of an assigned Controls project.<\/li>\n<li>Engage Regional and\/or global business point of contacts for gathering high level business requirements along with business case preparation<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to estimate product cost, project related development budget &#038; tooling costs, and tracks &#038; controls the cost and budget to meet the requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify dependencies and prioritize features based on business need.<\/li>\n<li>Review features\/functionality to accept \/ reject the product \/ project specifications<\/li>\n<li>Be a liaison between Project Manager \/ Unit Product Management &#038; Engineering team to define and manage detailed project schedule<\/li>\n<li>Define Product Vision, govern Tech roadmaps for IoT &#038; Controls<\/li>\n<li>Drive Innovation within IoT and Controls<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to lead team, organizes, and moderates a regular Controls project team meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to lead activities to resolve incidents during the project and maintains information about the incidents and the measures (problem management).<\/li>\n<li>handles all engineering change requests based on the standardized methods &#038; processes and maintains the proper balance between the need of changes and the potential detrimental impact of changes (change management).<\/li>\n<li>To be an interface to manufacturing regarding Controls products including documentation for production.<\/li>\n<li>Should ensures process compliance &#038; regulatory compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> EXPERIENCE: About 10+ years of professional experience of which <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years should be as a manager<\/li>\n<li>5+ years in HVAC or manufacturing Industry<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience as Hardware Engg lead<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>SKILLS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in Project management<\/li>\n<li>Good people leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional, locational, and cultural teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills to articulate views\/thoughts with internal resources, partners or customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interface with global stakeholders, technology partners and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Technical acumen in order to gain credibility amongst key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and ability to create product roadmap and product vision \/strategy<\/li>\n<li>has good analytical way of thinking and structured approach.<\/li>\n<li>has good presentation skills including creating an understandable and structured slide materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> EDUCATION BACKGROUND:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor of Engineering \/ Technology &#8211; Electronics Engineer or Equivalent<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/inf58ff0643534a1e69d638646796f3a91?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>#LI-DS2 ACCOUNTABILITIES: Has to drive &amp; achieve for all engineering aspects (on spec, on time, and on cost) of an assigned Controls project.
