{"id":4231,"date":"2024-11-18T15:58:59","date_gmt":"2024-11-18T15:58:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/rugby-hardware-engineer-for-cc\/"},"modified":"2024-11-18T15:58:59","modified_gmt":"2024-11-18T15:58:59","slug":"rugby-hardware-engineer-for-cc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/rugby-hardware-engineer-for-cc\/","title":{"rendered":"Rugby &#8211; Hardware Engineer for CC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>#LI-DS2<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has to execute for all engineering aspects (on spec, on time, and on cost) of an assigned Controls project.<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to estimate product cost, project related development budget &#038; tooling costs, and tracks &#038; controls the cost and budget to meet the requirements<\/li>\n<li>Review features\/functionality to ensure committed deliveries as per product \/ project specifications<\/li>\n<li>Be a liaison between Project Manager \/ Unit Product Management, quality, procurement &#038; manufacturing teams to execute the development &#038; verification of hardware product\/project<\/li>\n<li>Carry out Innovation within Controls<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to contribute with regular updates for Controls project team meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to understand &#038; adhere to product development processes &#038; relevant documentation<\/li>\n<li>Should ensure process compliance &#038; regulatory compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> EXPERIENCE: About 3~5 years of experience as Hardware Engineer preferable in communication product design, gateway, router or equivalent.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>SKILLS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to learn hardware architecture design<\/li>\n<li>Circuit design- DC-DC Power Supply Design- SMPS based, EMI\/EMC compliance based design, communication interface design- UART,RS485,SPI,I2C etc<\/li>\n<li>Design documentation<\/li>\n<li>Component selection, BOMs and drawings<\/li>\n<li>Design evaluation and verification of PCBAs &#8211; operation checks power, signal,EMI\/EMC etc<\/li>\n<li>Certification tests &#8211; standards know how, conduct, analysis, countermeasures<\/li>\n<li>Production line support &#8211; to stabilize mass pro of new product &#8211; ICT, FCT, others<\/li>\n<li>PCBA failure analysis , other quality related data &#038; quality improvement<\/li>\n<li>Skills for High Speed board design with related components, timing analysis and signal integrity issues and\/or with ARM architecture will be preferred.<\/li>\n<li>VAVE activity , Patents<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Project management<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional, locational, and cultural teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication &#038; presentation skills to articulate views\/thoughts with internal or external customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> EDUCATION BACKGROUND:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor of Engineering \/ Technology &#8211; Electronics Engineer or Equivalent<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in1a26073e1426b00046de92a17f836e35?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>#LI-DS2 ACCOUNTABILITIES: Has to execute for all engineering aspects (on spec, on time, and on cost) of an assigned Controls project.
