JOB OVERVIEW<\/b><\/span>We are a startup focused on building an innovative and global business model within Rank and Rent. Our goal is to create passive income by developing niche-specific websites that rank high on Google and are rented out to local businesses for a fixed monthly fee. We are looking for a creative and structured Virtual Assistant who can help develop the business, manage projects, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth.<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Website Development and Optimization:<\/span>Build niche-specific websites and optimize them for SEO to generate leads.
\n Use tools such as Google My Business (GMB), citations, and backlinks to improve website rankings.
\n Create and manage relevant content to ensure the websites rank well in local markets.
\n Market Research and Analysis:<\/span>Conduct market research to identify profitable niches and business opportunities.
\n Stay updated on competitors and develop strategies to outperform them.
\n Google Business Listings and Backlinks:<\/span>Create and manage Google My Business listings and handle backlinks and citations to enhance SEO.
\n Prospecting and Sales:<\/span>Identify and contact potential businesses interested in renting our websites and generated leads.
\n Assist with the sales process and closing deals with local companies.
Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Experience in building websites and working with SEO, preferably within local markets.
\n Basic understanding of Google Business Listings, citations, and backlinks.
\n Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
\n Proficient in English, and preferably experienced in international markets.
\n Tools and Software You Should Be Familiar With:<\/span>SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Moz.
\n Website Builders: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace.
\n Lead Generation: Google My Business, Leadfeeder, MailChimp.
\n Project Management Tools: Trello, Asana, Slack.

\n Creation of Niche-Specific Website
\n SEO Optimization and Backlink Building
\n Creation and Optimization of Google My Business Listing
\n Lead Generation and Selling to Businesses
\n Timeline for a Rank and Rent Project:<\/span>Phase 1 (0-2 weeks): Market research and website creation.
\n Phase 2 (2-6 weeks): SEO optimization, backlink building, and GMB listing creation.
\n Phase 3 (6-12 weeks): Start seeing traffic and generating leads.
\n Phase 4 (12+ weeks): Website ranking and negotiation with businesses for lead sales.
