Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all shipments<br \/>\n       6. Address and resolve any issues related to tracking delays or inaccuracies<br \/>\n       7. Generate daily reports summarizing shipment weights, charged amounts, and any discrepancies<br \/>\n       8.
