The position demands a strategic thinker with extensive regional marketing experience, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strategic Leadership: * Develop and implement robust marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide visionary leadership, aligning marketing efforts with overall company goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Team Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, including product managers, trade marketing professionals, advertising specialists, and market researchers.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Regional Expertise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leverage a minimum of 20 years of diverse marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the GCC region.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Brand Building and Innovation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive brand-building initiatives and successfully launch new products to enhance market presence.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize innovative marketing approaches, including new-age media, to stay ahead of industry trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Communication Proficiency:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluently bilingual in English and Arabic, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and roadmap to top management.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate objectives, KPIs, and expectations to the marketing team.<\/li>\n<li>Complying with health and safety, lean and sustainability practices of the company together with the regulations of the State of Kuwait when carrying out duties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Qualifications: * Bachelor of Marketing and Master&#8217;s degree in Marketing or related field. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 20 years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on brand management and strategic marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of building and managing successful brands, preferably in the GCC region.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the FMCG Industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.kw\/jobad\/kw08719bb498bc9179c612d1eb1b2e2e1e?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client, a leading FMCG company in Kuwait, is seeking a GM- Marketing who will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy across all markets where the company&#8217;s products\/brands are present.
