Industrial Innovation &#038; Automation <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance operations.<\/li>\n<li>Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve industrial processes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate IoT, smart manufacturing, and SAP solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 3. Project Management &#038; Execution <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, execute, and monitor industrial improvement projects from inception to completion.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment of initiatives with Amiantit&#8217;s strategic goals and production requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 4. Data Analysis &#038; Performance Monitoring <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize data analytics tools to track production efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n<li>Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on performance insights.<\/li>\n<li>Develop forecasting models to predict future operational needs and improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 5.
