Candidate & Preference:<\/span>1. This is a full time job. We are ok for fresher \/ recently graduated. Candidate with upto 3-5 yrs experience preferred.<\/span>2. Mechanical \/ Electrical \/ Electronics Diploma \/ Graduate Engineer + MBA preferred but not compulsory<\/span>3. Girls preferred but not a constraint, who are ok for field sales job.<\/span>4. Candidate from Pune, Delhi, Rourkela, Bhilai, Nagpur, Kolkata, Vadodara and other select cities preferred.<\/span>5. We currently do not have office in above city and plan to open after 6 months of your joining. So, you will need to work from home \/ field.<\/span>6. We expect you to have your own vehicle \/ bike, laptop computer, mobile. We usually provide tablet \/ laptop after 6 months<\/span>Job Profile:<\/b><\/span>1. This is SALES JOB and following will be normal activity:<\/span>2. You will need to prepare list of all fabrication, engineering companies, equipments manufacturers in your city from google search, just dial, indiamart etc. We will also help you.<\/span>3. You will need to ensure above list has contact details of owner \/ MD \/ CEO \/ Purchase Head with his email, phone – which can be obtained and we can help you how to try gettng these details<\/span>4. Generally, above manufacturers are not many. In any city, there can be maximum 200 worthwhile and you can prepare list of top 50 or top 100 depending on their turnover (again roughly estimated from internet)<\/span>5. So, you just have 100 prospective target customers in your area and we expect you to call them one by one, email them properly to schedule appointment with owner \/ ceo \/ purchase head. We will help you draft and send email. But you will need to do follow up to fix appointment.<\/span>6. You meet them, offer our FREE OF COST, FREE FOREVER, NO CHARGES membership to industry association -by name FABEEE<\/span>7. There are many benefits on why such companies should become our member. We will train you \/ explain you. We already have 7,250+ members across India because its FREE<\/span>8. You will need to fill in membership form 100% fully in all respect<\/span>9. You will need to record your work done for every day – whether you visit such or call them from home in our simple google form every day to mark your attendance.<\/span>10. Once company becomes member, we have various engineering products (machineries) & services, which will then need to be offered – for which we will provide you product training.<\/span>Remuneration:<\/b><\/span>1. Fixed Salary of Rs 3 Lac to 5 Lac CTC per year<\/span>2. Travelling expense reimbursement<\/span>3. New Year Performance Bonus of Rs 50,000 after confirmation.<\/span>4. If you get FREE of cost membership > 100 in first 2 months, you qualify for Performance Incentive of Rs 10,000 additional.<\/span>Process & Training:<\/span>1. We will issue appointment letter after you joining us, if you accept our offer letter. There will be probation period of 3-6 months, post which you can be issued confirmation letter.<\/span>2.
